Start out with a long mosey to the fire station and back.
Then some warm up exercises before heading over to the track.
Exercise of the week (for 5 bonus points!): “Morning Call”. :heavy_check_mark:
Then… Main event. I’ve been wanting to try the “impossible mile” for awhile. It consists of one lap of broad jump burpees, one lap of lunge walks, one lap of bear crawls, and one lap of running.
But…that sounds really daunting. So, we decided to do it as a team. One pax does the exercise for the lap while the other two are the combined “timer” running around the track. When they get back to the exercising pax, they switch and another pax continues on with the exercise.
Still brutal and hard to picture how it would be with a full 400 meter track and doing it individually. :flushed:
