What had happened was: First Q at Bushwood in a while. I rolled in on 2 wheels just as the clock struck 5:30. I went a little longer in my pre run this AM so that’s why I got their right in the nick of time. It was a standard boot camp workout. Mosey, stretch, more mosey, wall work, partner coupon work, finish with a sprint. The humidity didn’t seem bad at the start but it picked up steam as we worked out. But either way, it felt real good to be back out in the gloom with the boys after an inconsistent summer workout schedule due to travel. I kept the workouts up, but nothing like the F3 bootcamp with the boys.
As we got around for COT I noticed Hi-Hat take his shirt off. And we were already mesmerized by the fact that he was in a reggae band back in the day and never told us about it. But as he took his shirt off, I had to ask him, “do you shave your body or what”? He replied that it was all natural. So we took that natural beauty in and were all stunned. He looked like a smooth, golden, freshly glazed, hot doughnut and the boys got a kick out of it. But the main question remains, is it spelled donut? Or doughnut? Only time will tell. Good way to start the day fellas.
