Strong work from the 8 pax in attendance this morning! Definitely a shoulder burner with the traditional “shoulder-o-Rama” warm up alongside some “Carolina Jackass” and a “Jack Web” at the end.
Mix in plenty of running, “cut a flip”, “bench a flip”, and an Ab web and it was non-stop fun on the back nine of Bushwood. =)
