THE THANG: After getting to the clubhouse and getting the rest of the stretching done the group partnered up and did 3 rounds through the parking lot with merkins and squats each time you met your partner. Then back to a mosey headed toward the bridge but not before fuse could ask the coffee lady for an irish coffee, after crossing the bridge we got our dips and Irkins on. After this we had a nice Indian run to the rock pile with the 6 getting a Burpee in. @Dave_Bailey_ aka_Popeye stopped and talked to some guy Ralph for a few minutes, but we came back for him popeye that is not ralph.
Next we did another partner run and added some rock work in. AMRAPs of bicep curls, over head press and triceps while partner ran. After this we moseyed to the nesbit roundabout and did more merkins and side straddle hops. Off to the bridge we went for more dips, irkins and derkins. Then off to Millbridge parkway with a little mosey. @Fusebox had to go play with a large yellow ball so he departed back to AO.
The rest of us did another Indian run, where we left no man behind, back to the bridge for more dips and irkins. I don’t think the Pax enjoyed the last Indian Run so we did 1 more back to the rock pile. Each Pax then grabbed a rock for each hand, because 2 is always better than one? Circling up each pax called their own exercise and reps 2 times. Note to self… @Chainsaw is a savage with a rock in each hand! A little mosey back to AO for COT.
Total Milage close to 4… damn watch died with 15 min left in workout.
