Then over to the rock pile (because Popeye needs his rocks) to do a couple more rounds of partner work.

Then…
Squat thrusters and running.
Finish it off over at CoT with a full Jack Web all the way up to 10 merkins and 40 air presses and then an Ab web of Big Boys and American Hammers.
