What had happened was:

Several accidental hard commits.
What started as a carefully crafted Gumby mobility winkie quickly turned into a couple of dudes following a highly questionable yoga wannabe who absolutely should not be confused with a guru.

We stretched.
We balanced poorly.
We discovered muscles that had apparently retired years ago.
Pigeon pose happened. Standing pigeon pose happened with varying degrees of success and dignity. Nobody was harmed… physically.

Despite completely ignoring most of the original plan, the PAX survived 45 minutes of mobility, mumbling, and intermittent groaning.
