2. 20 lunges (everyone except the Q did lunge walks)
3. 10 squat jumps
4. 20 speed skaters (1 is 1)
Run around jeeb jungle 3 times stoping at the benches to do 20 dips and 20 incline merkins (I was called out on my form and I think I corrected it)
Smaller loop around the parking lot. Repeat 2 times as time check was called out. Exercise on 4 corners
1. 20 big boi sit-ups
2. 5 burpees
3. 20 lbc
4. 20 American hammers (2 is 1)
Run to transporters shed. Mike Tyson donkey kick web.
Back to cot. 5 hand release merkins at each light.
Everyone got close to 5 miles.
