Started out with a long mosey, some warmup and stretches.
Then a little more mosey before doing some “aggressive corners” around the stadium parking lot, with merkins, big boys, squats, and flutters.
Then more mosey and a triple nickel on the stairs with Carolina drydocks and donkey kicks.
A little more mosey back towards CoT, stopping for some Paula Abdul on the final hill. Running backward uphill and doing 5 Tennessee Rocking Chairs on the up and then running forward downhill and doing 5 Mike Tyson’s on the down.
Then mosey on over to the library for some Lt. Dan.
Mosey back to CoT to finish it off and…time! With just over 4 miles. Phew!
