– We mosey’d to the back of Publix where we stretched
– Then we did a run around the whole Publix parking lot
– We did an arm circuit with the rocks
– We did an ab circle
– Then we mosey’d to the side of Publix where we did calf stretches
– We started moseying back to the cars we did some curb exercises
– Then we did some suicide sprints in the field next to Dunkin where we finished.
It was a great day with great company!
