The thang:
Grinder with 300 irkins and dips up top and 300 gas pumpers and lbc’s down the hill.
Over the the basketball courts for Murph training. Partner 1 goes around bball courts doing broad jump burpees and lunges while p2 does 5 pull ups. Three laps around the court but the pax had the q second guessing that was too far.
Leap frog sprints back to cot with some abs mixed in.
Finished out with progressive jump squat, jump lunge, jump squat, jump lunge. I believe the pax made it to 7 before we ran out of time.

I’m not sure why it go out of my way to say puxitauny during cot instead of his preferred punxy, but I do. Much like saying ice 9’s age instead of his name since he says it out of order (for Waxhaw) I guess.
One star complemented the intensities keeping everyone together. Thank you.
It was confirmed yet again during posting of family love photo that I’m technology challenged. Saving it 30% of my income so I can retire before AI takes my job (looking like that’s coming sooner than I can retire).
The pax fostered me with my football photo idea. One star with the line of the day “put the slot in motion”.
Posse worried about keeping up due to soreness but he was in the middle of the pack all day. He made a great center (yes I directed you to center just so one star could get “under center” on you :grimacing: :laughing:
Premature kinda quiet today which is unusual for him. Must have been sucking air like myself.
Rooster and punxitauny crushed it as usual.
Pax shouted out black hats effort lately at non workout things. See him in pictures at folding, blood drives, and lunches. Dude has been pushing hard both at workouts and the other f’s. Make an effort to support him at the monthly lunches.
Shout out to inspector gadget as well who has also taken the lead to start up the fire pit meet ups as well as a new bible study this week. Love seeing some new pax stepping up and leading.
