Smaller numbers just meant that we had to work harder individually, or something.

After Radar told me he was down for getting more mileage in for the June Challenge it simplified what I was planning. Do a lap, do some work, repeato.

The lap was around Mount X, around past the gravel lot, to the top of the entrance road, and back to COT.

The work was Merkins, Squats, and Chest Presses. There were “stations” of sorts and for the first round we did 5 reps per exercise per station. For the second round we did 10. Somewhere in the middle we grabbed a 26# kettlebell, a 40# sandbag, and a 60# sandbag. More laps, more stations, more reps.

We got close to 3 miles but the students wanted extra credit so we stayed late and rounded it off.
