Black Hat finished the morning with bloodshot eyes. He blames the 100# tombstone but I secretly wonder if he was smoking a fatty in the dark corners of the football field :shrug:
Rockwell just wanted to borrow some discs to play disc golf later this week and I forced him to carry heavy things in the dark. He got the last laugh, though, as I tripped and totally ate it on the kettlebell booby trap he left in the dark
For the actual workout we did laps around the football field with our rucks on (duh) and then an extra piece (or two) of gear. The 100# tombstone, a 60# sandbag, two 35# plates, or two 40# kettlebells. If you stop or sit the gear down at all then EVERYONE drops the gear and we do a full lap without it. When you return to the gear you dropped you pick it back up and continue on until you’re back to the start. Repeato with a different set of gear until everyone had carried each set of gear.
