Opened up with a loop around the parking lot and good thing we did as we then picked up Zorro. Headed for the football field and got some warm ups in with a few laps of indian runs.
Gathered at mid field for the instructions.
10 Merkins in corner 1
10 Big Bois in corner 2
10 High Pulls in corner 3
and 20 (2 as 1) Flutter Kicks in corner 4.
Run to each corner, do the exercise, come back to midfield and do a burpee. Repeat until all four corners are done, then do a lap around the field.
Just keep repeating:
With about 17 minutes to go we headed out to get another mile in before COT. Got that with time to spare so no penalty’s issued.
Did end last mile with Zorro and Dunkin discussing whistling techniques as it was noticed by YHC that Zorro was WHISTLING during the Indian Runs.
anyways, all worked hard and got good work in for a nice crisp morning.
