The night before YHC picked up the Q and didn’t really have a game plan in mind…. So back to basics it was.
Miles and stations- that’s it! The concept that SC derived from in the first place.
Run. Stop for stations. Repeat.
Overall a full body workout with 3.3 ish miles in the books.
Nice push from the group, and shout out to Wilbur for pushing through the workout on his first week in F3. That wasn’t an easy one and you will be sore tomorrow!
