What had happened was: We ran up to 521 for COP where we did SSH x 10, LSS x10, Merkins x10. Then mosey to a parking lot for a few rounds of elevator hand release merkins (5-10-15), floor slap squats, and toe-tap crunch with a few laps sprinkled in. Then mosey to one of the stands next to a field for dips and incline merkins. Then mosey towards the fountains and have each PAX select an ab exercise. Mosey to the rock pile for some arm work 20 curls, 20 extensions, 20 presses, triple lindy, then take a lap and return and pick a different rock. Rinse and repeat 2 more times, Return to the pavilion so Kid Rock can start the coffee and leg work. Split squats, step ups, take a lap in between each set to reach 3 miles. Finish with some stretching and it was time for coffee.

Thankful that Kid Rock reminded me that I had scheduled myself to lead the morning I returned from Spring Break vacation. Poor planning by the Q.
