Warm up:
Stretches and merkins around the track stopping at the corners.
The thang:
Partner up for 10 calf raise per step while partner runs stairs and returns to relieve you (get your head out of the gutter hooch). End at top of stairs.
Same partners for crawl bear up the ramp while partner runs stairs and around down the ramp. Crawl bears quickly got modified to bear crawls. I may come back to that again ruckless on my next stair master q.
PAC-man. One person was Pac-Man while the rest were ghosts. Pac-Man could go forwards or backwards but ghosts could only go forwards and could hit change direction. Some were easy to capture, others more difficult. I wouldn’t say it was the greatest thing ever done at stair master, but it was a nice change of pace.
Felt like back man ran its course so we switched back to a more traditional stair master with partners sharing 200 each of prison squats, irkens, and foot release squats while partner did a stair loop.
Moleskin:
– thanks to cliffhanger for coming out to support. He said he owed me one since missing yesterday’s q so I guess he cashed it in today.
– Good to work out with chatter box. Hadn’t seen or worked out with him in awhile. His wife returns home soon from a month away in India so hang with chatter while you can. We may lose him for a few weeks to the forth f.
– U-Haul nursing another bad knee, yet still out there. Closing in on Dunkin’s 1 year of workouts every day with his eyes set on a bigger goal of New Year’s Day.
– Transporter out of in work as the fifth wheel most of the day. The silent assassin. He also gets very perturbed when 8 year olds don’t follow the rules which I found very funny as a third party observer.
– And speaking of 8 year olds, Cheddar puting in some work today at his 5th f3 workout (don’t worry, I’m not turning into zin with this q count thing). I came up with pac man last night thinking he would be excited about being pac man and all he wanted to do was be a ghost.
– Finished out with another cot of gratefulness. It’s not becoming a thing, but I do enjoy hearing everyone’s input at cot.
