Cool morning, less cool decisions, less less cool stairs…
YHC is always proud to Q Stairmaster and today was no different. But today I want to ground us in the data if that’s ok.
Let’s break it down by the numbers:
– 0 PAX could even sniffed catching up to Sick Puppy
– 2 PAX ran red lights to make it on time
– 3 rounds of stadium stairs
– 5 rounds of stair grinders + a ruck-on burpee ladder that got real, real fast
– 17 minutes in we looked around and realized… we weren’t even halfway done – a low point for so
– 36 minutes in Elmer’s passed Transporter … and honestly looked just as surprised as the rest of us
– 100 squats, incline merkins, and thrusters
– 420 seconds of core work
– 800 meters around the track
– 1000 % effort from the PAX — no quit, no shortcuts, just straight grind
The gloom doesn’t care how strong you are, how fast you are, how you feel, or anything but we show up and embrace the suck – and come out better men.
