What had happened was: We got some stretching in at the Baptist church and then a triple nickel/dime? Between the churches along with some running. Captain Therkin web under the pavilion at Baptist church with v-ups and little boy crunches up to 28 and little baby crunches up to 40. Moseyed back to pavilion at Methodist church and did down elevator of 20, 15, 10, 5 of step ups, Dips and Derkins. Moseyed to wall by COT for donkey kicks and called it at 5:14:30 to head back to COT and done. Good push by all and my legs are having trouble with stairs at the moment.
