Grinder with 200 foot release squats and dips on one end and 200 merkins and big boys at the other.
Last 20 minutes we got later kickball relay. One kicked who runs to a spot and back. The field has to all touch the ball before trying to get runner out. We kept modifying the. Run shorter and shorter to try and make it more competitive. Some damn good fielders out there today. 5 burpees if you got out for the runner. 5 burpees for the field if you didn’t get him out.
Moleskin:
– rooster was on a 4 burpee streak at one point (and not happy about it)
– Dana got cute with the rules and used the slope to drop a foul ball down the hill (there were no foul balls- all balls played).
– Dunkin crushed the running portion (of course)
– Dana with the longest kick but right into the waiting arms of rooster.
– Losts of smiles and heavy breathing to finish out the workout.
– No hammies were pulled (we think)
