WARMUP:
-The usual shoulder warmup of arm circles, backward arm circles, seal claps, overhead seal claps, and Moroccan night clubs.
-As well as some other exercises such as merkins, low slow squats, squat thrusters, perfect merkins, etc.

THE THANG:
– Partner work in three varieties (3 rounds each):
(1) Partner 1 rifle carry coupon down and back as the timer / Partner 2 do 5 merkins/10 big boy sit-ups Repeato
(2) Partner 1 rifle carry coupon down and back as the timer / Partner 2 do 5 squat thrusters/10 American hammers Repeato
(3) Partner 1 rifle carry coupon down and back as the timer / Partner 2 do 5 goblet squats/10 flutters Repeato

Scattered ab exercises, side straddle hops, and lunge walks throughout.

MARY:
Finished up with identifying perhaps the ultimate quad burner in monkey humpers to lunge walk to side straddle hop. I believe all pax were waddling back to their cars by the end.  👊
