THE THANG: Some PAX trained hard under the inspirational leadership of Lambeau while a few others did a MASH by carrying heavy things on their back and got a few miles in.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Happy Birthday @Butterman ! one year closer to getting that RESPECT callout. Burpees were not handed out we took perhaps the best Family Photo of the year instead.
COT: Blood Driving this coming weekend. Still need PAX to sign up or EH others to do so in order to meet the minimum needed.
Food Pantry at Union Methodist Church is in desperate need of supplied to feed the 80-90 families that come out regularly.
