Sometimes a workout doesn’t need to be complicated to be good. I’m not saying this one was good, just that it wasn’t complicated.
After a little warmup we moseyed to the first corner. We stuck (mostly) together this morning so all exercises were done in cadence or civilian count.
Corner 1: 5 – Six Count Burpees
Corner 2: 10 – Low Slow Squats
Corner 3: 15 – Big Boi Situps
Corner 4: 20 – Merkins
Corner 5 (wait wut?): 15 – Bobby Hurleys
Corner 6: 10 – Speed Skaters (2=1)
Corner 7: 5 – Pistol LBCs (each side)
We did exercises on the way out and always took the long way back. 3ish miles and we stuck together the whole time.
