Headed back to the campus to the track for 5 rounds of 10 step ups, run across the field 5 burpees.
Back side of the playground is a hill and we did 5 rounds of run down and backwards up and 10 merkins at the top.
The final once we got back to the parking lot for the OG Jack Webb. 1 Merkin = 4 shoulder press. This is where things got pretty ugly. Most everyone looked like they had broken chicken wings, arms just flopping around.
Recalc had to head home after the first 15 minutes. Battling the stomach flu this week. At least he came out to give it a go and didn’t just mail it in.
Hooch and Singlet continue to get their pre-run in. They say that when couples workout together they stay together. Just ask the threesome of LRC. Going strong since 21.
Doughboy is trying to get all the workouts he can now. Once 4/1 hits and he moves to the lake who knows what will happen then. Maybe the new house comes with a Golds Gym.
Goulash was pushing his pace on the burpees and step ups.
It was good to see Centerfold pack his bags and come to the far Eastside. Always great having him attend to work hard.
Sugar is my hero! Cat is about to turn 60 and is killing life and his fitness.
Carbload has been posting almost every day and his fitness level is on the rise. We just need him to sign up to Q more.
