With no mosey on the docket, the PAX were instructed to move at their own pace from COT to the Shed and back, completing a gauntlet of 16 exercises spread along the route. Once the full set was done—rinse and repeat until time was called. Clocking in some serious volume and aiming for 2+ miles, each man earned every bead of sweat.
