What had happened was:

Warm-Up – Side Straddle Hops, Moroccan Night Clubs, Merkins, Runners Stretch, GO!!

At 5:14 sharp, we kicked off with a twist on the classic Triple Nickel. This version had:
• 5 benches
• 3 exercises
• 3 rounds

Each bench:
• 10 Derkins
• 10 Step-Ups (each leg)
• 10 Dips
Then a lap to PetSmart and back between each round. Legs and triceps got properly smoked.

Part II: Cocaine Bear Crawls with 5 Merkins at each line (6 lines)
Yes, they’re in the lexicon. Yes, they’re awful.
• 3 rounds of Cocaine Bear Crawls (forward/backward movement, rapid & chaotic—like you’re being chased by an invisible bear).
• Heart rate stayed redlined. Misery was shared.

Finisher: Mary Web (1 to 10)
• Big Boy Sit-ups
• American Hammers (2 count)
• Merkins
One big boy, 4 American hammers, as 4 merkins. then two, up to ten — escalating pain, solid full-body core test.
At the midpoint (between rounds 5 & 6), we took a brief detour for 2 x 1-minute planks.

COT:
Wrapped with Name-o-Rama, a quick check-in, and a few words on Leadership:
Leadership isn’t about position — it’s about action. When you step out and step up, others follow. Your impact isn’t always visible right away, but it ripples.

Grateful to lead. Always an honor
