The 5 campers did a bit of moseying + warmups and proceeded to do 4 rounds of 10 x merkins, 10 x pull ups, 10 x big boys, 10 x cinderblock curls + 1 lap around the parking lot. We rested with an ab circuit + moseying in between. Finished with max reps on abovementioned workouts + moseys. all in all, it was a nice way to get ready for “suns out, guns out” season.
Kudos to Rooster for bringing 10 cinderblocks, apparently he drives around with them in the bed of his truck, so if you ever need a beatdown just flag him down!
