Was it the mystery of the Q from up North? Was it the motivation of it not being Monday?
Was it the covert coordination to all wear nondescript colors for the workout?

No matter the reason, 9 PAX had a good showing at my Bushwood VQ where all were introduced to my style of overplanning workout difficulty and under planning the actual weinke.

As with my only other post to Bushwood, Tanyatine-Tim Braun brought the sweet beats and snuck some 80s into a mix right from Lithium on Sirius. The warmup burpees were a crowd pleaser, and Dana and Noonan lead a strong charge into the ladder across the main parking lot. I think archer merkins were a J-Woww favorite, and it was good to hear that his son is in good care and on the mend. Somewhere towards the end of the ladder Das Boot astutely determined that I did not have a plan past the first 20 minutes. On the walk back, we did called Mary from everyone…air humpers by the front door were a questionable choice (looking at Das Boot). Chippy went for his namesake and Big Tuna must not totally dislike my Qs because he keeps coming back (and showing me up)! For the last round of legs, Posse jumped out in front and killed the Bonnie Blairs to take us home.

WARM UP
Mosey around to the main lot; circle up then 1 burpee, 10 imperial walkers, 2 burpees, 10 windmills, 3 burpees, 10 potato pickers, 4 burpees, 10 Peter Parkers then down dog and runners stretch, 5 burpees

THANG
Line up on the curb for a ladder of 10 Mike Tyson’s, 20 LBCs, 30 archer merkins (1 as 1), and 40 jump squats. Climb up and down the ladder for total of 60 Mike Tyson’s, 160 LBCs, 120 archer merkins, and 40 jump squats.

Lunge walk Indian run along the driveway back to the launch lot with called Mary at the cross walks along the way (Dolly, Rosalita, V-ups, Chippy cross, air humpers, more V-ups, pistol crunches). Stop at the wall for 5, 9, 9 balls to the wall. At the light at the end of the lot, mosey around the loop with +5 Bonnie Blair’s at each light (up to 35…total of 110).

Plank for 90 seconds at launch and call it.
