[asylum] Mix it up

I used up most of my creative energy, describing the egg transaction earlier this morning. But I didn’t forget about asylum.
I always thought that Landfill was just a good site Q. But now I know why. Loafer does the grunt work while Landfill takes the credit. If it goes good, then landfill takes credit. If it goes bad, Landfill blames Loafer. :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:

We mixed it up with various exercises. We rifle carried around the parking lot after we got warmed up. One partner did dry docks, and then chased down the other partner who was holding a weight above his head and walking. We mixed in some sprints and backwards runs. And we ended with a jailbreak sprint Back to COT. It was a good push by everybody.

Blue Screen of DEATH beat me on the last Sprint. There’s no better way to start your week then to get out run by a man in his mid 60s.

Avis doesn’t run. It seems like he just smoothly glides stride after stride. And he biked to and from the workout, so he burnt some serious calories out there.

It was good to see smoky. His wife taught my daughter in school a little while back.

squirts held his own. He kinda acted like he knew it all because he had Q’d just last week. But he kept his mouth shut. Next time I might rifle carry him instead of a coupon. Just a thought, don’t get nervous squirts.

As mentioned earlier, Landfill and Loafer run a good AO at asylum. It was good to be with the boys this morning and I’ll be back soon,
