Ran to circle for some ssh and 15/10/5 lss and stretching into a round of Mary
Ran to the MS loop and did 6 rounds of merkins and lss 15/10/5
Ran to sidewalk for shoulder burner and imperial walkers
Mosey to buss lot for some rdls and more lss
Back to stadium lot for backwards running and some final abs before more lss
