Mosi up Millbridge parkway with 10 squats for each street, stopping at each circle to the pool with 20 heals to heaven , ab exercises at the second pool. On the way pack dry docks n the streets, flutters at the circles until Millbridge clubhouse with running parking spots leading with the left foot.
Stopping spots worked dips, back to COT.
