What had happened was:
Warmup mosey down to old downtown playground. Grab a lifting rock and run to new downtown park’s beautiful and dry gazebo (even though there are plenty of rocks where we were heading 🤷🏻‍♂️).

Stick with what’s been working lately but changed it up slightly.

“5x10x3”…5 exercises per set, 10 reps each, 3 rounds total.

•10 Jump Squats
Run a lap around the lot.

Run a lap around the lot.

•10 Curls (IC)
•10 Overhead Press (IC)
•10 Tri Extensions (IC)
•10 Bent Over Rows (IC)
•10 Thrusters
Run a Long Lap around Park.

Mosey to return the rocks to their place in the old park and finish up.

Covered 2 miles.
