1 guy is timer, runs to other end with sandbag and does 1 burpee then back. The rest of the pax do reps of below exercises. Then all pax run to the end while first timer does exercise. Next pax takes sandbag and group does exercise #2

Indian run with sandbag to PetSmart for Stage 2:
Run-side shuffle-run backwards to each corner.
At each corner do the following
1st round 5 Tysons
2nd round 5 Tyson + 5 squats
3rd round 5 Tyson + 5 squats + 5 dry docks
COT – Landfill talked about the importance of pushing fellow pax, being present, and making memories with those around you. You never know the downstream effects of a small gesture or just being present for someone. No matter who it is – fellow pax, family, kids, friends, etc.
For example, I recently found out my dad doesn’t like fishing – but he took me and my 2 brothers out on the docks all the time because he knew we liked it. Priceless memories made. Moral of the story, take your kids fishing! :fishing_pole_and_fish:
