What had happened was: Mad Dog and I teamed up for a glorious Co-Q at The Combine. We had some help from Chastain getting our kettlebells and Gasparilla’s speaker down to the field before the fun started. Gave the DICCS and we moseyed to the field. Set up the music and the speaker actually worked the entire hour. We stretched in the center. A little Paula Abdul, then 4 corners, and some partner work. Then, Mad Dog took over for the KB portion of the show with a little help from Claude. We lifted kettlebells and divided up into teams of four. The different timers ran to the 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 yard lines to do different KB exercises while the other 3 planked it up. Of course, out team won, but really we ALL WON. It was an honor for us to lead the pax this morning. Afterwards, Coffeteria was lead by Chastain and Deadwood. Excellent work gentlemen. If you’ve not been to the Only Coffee site on Saturday, it’s worth checking out.
