Caught our breath and mosey’d back to the playground.
At least one pull-up. Then,
2 laps around the track with 11x Merkins at corners 1 and 3, and 11x Ab of choice at corners 2 and 4. Back for at least 1 pull-up.
Circled up for the remaining 22x SSH.

Someone complained about needing more Moroccans (still can’t believe they beat the Netherlands last night!!),

COT Message
I had a week of sitting on the beach and then hit the road for 4 days of work. I came across a post talking about the Rat Race of life, and it resonated with me and was similar to my thoughts laying out in the sun, drinking beers, and enjoying my time with family, M, and 2.0s…
We get told to finish school, get a job, make money, save, promote, advance, etc. The finish line is always moving further ahead. Theres always another goal or another side quest. Note, there is absolutely nothing wrong with setting goals for ourselves and staying active. There’s always one more sprint to get to what we think is the end, and then suddenly, life ends. Or its too late to enjoy our children, or our parents, or go hike up that mountain, or run that race. Almost like a workout, there’s always another burst of energy to get past the next set of exercises.
–Don’t forget to take a step back and enjoy life NOW. Don’t take anything for granted, because there is unfortunately no promise of tomorrow. Its not meant to be depressing, just a reminder to stop, look around, and enjoy whats around you. Even if its just that cup of coffee while your looking out your window or that drink while sitting on your porch.
Cheers all…
