What had happened was: there was lots of complaining to start out the morning and fears of anything having to do with steps, so what do we do… We mosey over to the park circled up for a little bit of stretching, and a little more stretching and proceeded to starfish that involves step ups. Some mercy was given and swapped some step ups for dips for one round and then back to a combination of step ups and dips after a couple rounds we mosey back towards the water tower and proceeded with another round of step ups, along with Merkens and Mike Tyson’s and other fun activities that finished our time out.
