Even if you have had CPR training before, you will still have a new perspective of CPR when Karen (Reboot) opens class with her story. I won’t spoil it for you, but if you know, you know.

I (Posse) think I was in one of the first F3 classes Reboot taught. Going back for a recert, I was pleasantly surprised how much she has embraced our culture. She uses our F3 names & has (more) fun during the class. Clearly, at some point, some of y’all named her, & she’s embraced that was well.

It was exciting to see Cliffhanger, Shriver, & Dasher doing their vCPR’ing!
Cliffhanger took his training seriously, practicing the 2 hand pump, even without the mannequin.
Dasher had practice from his wife so he would not bring shame to their dojo.
Shriver worried everyone that his compressions would be bone breakers in real life.

We’re going to be donating money for her to purchase an AED soon. Site Q’s are discussing potential locations. Got ideas? Let us know.
