May have called an audible or two. Das Boot seemed to think it was rust. Don’t sweat it Das, I’ll Q your site next May! After a few years in retirement Posse coaxed me out… I think maybe he tricked me, but I had a great morning.
We did one obligatory burpee and headed out, with a few plankjacks on the way we ended up at the bball court. After way too many SSH, we ran a short loop and back to the playground.

I don’t think Cliffhanger appreciated the Murph prep, I may have heard a runners joke about hands in the dirt?
LegalZoom crushed it, per usual and no complaints about my lack of direction.
We ended up back at the bball court for some leg work. Dunkin stayed out in front and set the pace, and perfect form of course.
