Mosey’d and warmup stretching
4 rounds of 10x Merkins, 10 Pullups, 10 Big Boys, 10 Cinderblock (Coupons) Curls and 1 lap around the parking lot.
we took a break by doing an ab circuit, followed by more moseying then finished the workout with 3 rounds of abovementioned circuit with MAX reps, getting a nice burnout.
Kudos to Rooster for bringing the cinderblocks, apparently he drives around with 10 of them in the bed of his truck. so if you ever need a workout just flag him down!
