The Thang: Mosey around to the middle school area, warmed up with side straddle hops, merkins, peter parker, planks, and some deep stretching. Followed up by some nice shoulder work.
Mosey to the street lights and proceeded with Paula Abduls (Tysons and then Lunges). Ab session in between followed by 5 derkins, 10 squats, 20 ice skaters with 1 lap around parking lot for 5 total circuits. Mosey over to COT with 8 mins remaining and burned out the shoulders with bear crawls, merkins, and tysons.
Strong showing this morning and some hard work was put in by all the men.
