What had happened was:
Hot lap around school and back to COT for light warm up – pick up a straggler at COT named Easy Button – Peer pressure is the best!!
– 3 pax grab bags and 3 take off running towards circle island near stadium. Alternating with partner carrying bag — mixing in some Mike Tyson’s and weighted squats
– Head to bench area near school – one runner around circle island and back other partner weighted squats and weighted step ups – 4 rounds each
– head to large lot for more work – weighted Indian run for one group – stopping at each corner for weighted squats / other group Indian run and stopping at every other corner for mile tyson and dry docks —- the laughter in Bottlecaps voice was infectious when he pulled a fast one on Easy Button and got him to pair up with Ice9 and Singlet – Justin Nelson for Indian runs. lol. Epic !
– finish strong on way bag to COt with some more weighting running and stopping for merkins/ dry docks and Mike Tyson’s!
– Great push by all buys and HELLA of a job by SOGGY getting out of his comfort zone at ignition— well done my man!!
