Rain Man led us through some surprisingly deep mud over to Dogwood park, an exciting run in the woods and then a series of painful hill runs, burpees, step ups, block jumps, pushups and bear crawls. Second half was kettlebell excitement with two sets of partner work with different exercises paired with varied aerobic exercises led by Rocketman. We had some near concussions with the final partner overhead kettlebell pass but we made it through unscathed. Overall a courageous workout at a sub-freezing temperature.
