What had happened was:
Pull into the lot at 5:13 in the pouring ass rain- I am suprised Schneider/Tom Evans actually got out of the car… it would appear we have a guest appearance today it was Easy Button at Mount X!! I must say I might have actually peep little I was so excited. But the entered by little chicken brain- why was he hear? To play a joke? To hurt me? To make fun of ? Was he injured ? To lift my windshield wipers? I was not sure so my spider/chicken senses were on high alert..

Warm up
Partner work- Curls -Overhead presses, kettle swings, triceps extension and squat thrusters
Other partner run and do Bonnie Blair’s, Mike Tyson’s and squats

It was wet but a reward workiut and to everyone’s surprise Easy Button actually came to the workout just to workout — hummm who knew that would ever happen at Mount X.
