Deadwood’s “healthy eating” led to a large amount of extra wind. He was mostly kind enough to step outside of the circle during those occurrences, but he cemented his title as The Gassiest Man in the World
After a short warmup in the Target lot we spent the remainder of the time in the Wesley Oaks neighborhood. Run hard (80% of top speed) to the cul-de-sac and plank for the six. When the six is in do exercises in cadence. Recovery run back to the top of the cul-de-sac.
We did 4 cul-de-sacs but hit each one twice. Exercises were all in cadence and consisted of Merkins, Squats, Bobby Hurleys, Big Bois, Flutters, Mike Tysons, Dry Docks, and Lunge Walks.
