WARMUP: Circle mosey in there parking lot to see who’s arriving late — it’s Tuna today. One Star headed to the Floater so he did not come in on two wheels.
Pick up a rock and head towards the far lot via rifle carry. Stop for some warmup at 6x because it’s YHC’s dog’s sixth birthday. Rifle farther.
THE THANG:
Six stations of rock work and big boys with the coincidental basketball in there lot between your legs. The timer was hair burners using a Coke crate, courtesy of Bottlecap.
Once everyone has the fine circuit, run a lap. Repeato.
Later, some slow merkins and squats. Mosey back to COT.

YHC is a fan of strange exercises, so the crate hair burners were fun, as were the tire changes, another BC special. Hair burners turned into a timed race between J-Woww, Chippy and Tuna.
The music also added some fun as PAX were challenged to guess the cover band and the original. The shuffle started with Guns N’ Roses and Knockin in Heavens door. Others included Twist and Shout, Respect, Africa and ska versions on Wings of Change, Take on Me and Highway to Hell. We learned that Fuse is not a fan of I Will Survive or Cake. The biggest got was the Travis version of Hit Me baby One more Time. During that we allowed everything down — slow merkins, slow squats, slow mountain climbers. The pace allowed us to enjoy the rendition.
Fuse concerned during the rifle carry that he was spring a Britney Spears crop top look — little did he know that Britney was on the playlist. YHC was leading and didn’t get to enjoy the vista but is sure others did. Once Britney tubes started playing, he played it cool but we know he was sliding that shirt back up.
Good times and we barely squeezed in the Run DMC version of Walk this Way.
