We mosey’d for just under 150 seconds and warmed up with stretching of various body parts. Some moaning could be heard over Hatchet ‘s stories…
We then did a 4 corners of weight training, with a minute on for max reps and 20 secs off to rotate and setup. 3 rounds of:
Chest press
Curl press
Jump rope or side hops
Goblet squats
Then followed by a series of form running. High knees, butt kicks, side shuffle, Carioca, etc… followed by an ab session of big boys 1, LBC’s 5 up to 5.
Then it was Bicep and tricep burnout time, pax circled up and went through few rounds of bicep and tricep burnouts. Followed by a nice little Ab routine.
Fun workout, got a nice pump on for all!
