[body_shop] Low weights and lots of lifting

What had happened was:
The bodyshop is now a low mileage but high weight lifting workout so YHC decided to have some fun with free weights (dumbbells, weight plates, etc.)

We mosey’d for just under 150 seconds and warmed up with stretching of various body parts. Some moaning could be heard over Hatchet ‘s stories…

We then did a 4 corners of weight training, with a minute on for max reps and 20 secs off to rotate and setup. 3 rounds of:

Chest press
Curl press
Jump rope or side hops
Goblet squats

Then followed by a series of form running. High knees, butt kicks, side shuffle, Carioca, etc… followed by an ab session of big boys 1, LBC’s 5 up to 5.

Then it was Bicep and tricep burnout time, pax circled up and went through few rounds of bicep and tricep burnouts. Followed by a nice little Ab routine.

Fun workout, got a nice pump on for all!
