Mosey to side of school for side straddle hops, night clubs, merkins, mountain climbers, and squats.
Mosey up the hill, grab some rocks. 5 curls run down to second light 1 burpee, repeat 4 curls and 1 burpee down to 1 and 1. Same routine with triceps and shoulder press for the gazelles.
Mosey to track, 4 stops 5 reps at each stop around the track. Squats and hand release pushups, 2 rounds.
Mosey to basketball court, bear crawls and crab walks, and broad jumps.
Mosey to wall. Jabs and presses two rounds.
Back to COT finish with abs.
Blood Drive, lunch at Publix tomorrow, convergence on Monday.
