Another great example of what F3 does for us: most of the PAX in attendance today were either recovering from a brutal CSAUP, or starting their tapering before another idiotic event. Did that stop Kid Rock from pre-running a half marathon before joining everybody else? Nah. Did that prevent Posse or SnB from attacking every single hill? Heck, no. Did that make Goodfella, CarbLoad or Damascus slow down their pace? You can bet your bottom dollar they did not. The minute we all showed up, everybody went beast mode.
I blame X-Lax.
We switch things around a bit during running workouts. We started with the family photo, maintained our usual built-in COT during the run, and today we ended with COT-ffeteria™, courtesy of Carb’s hospitality.
What an amazing way to start the week.
