Tried something new by combining the exercises from the “Diesel EMOM” with the progressive “down and back” running I usually do at Cowbell to create the “Debell”(?) or “Cow-sel”(?).
In any case, it was as follows:
– Round 1
– 2 burpees
– Run
– Round 2
– 2 burpees
– 4 merkins
– Run x2
– Round 3
– 2 burpees
– 4 merkins
– 6 big boy sit-ups
– Run x3
– Round 4
– 2 burpees
– 4 merkins
– 6 big boy sit-ups
– 8 squats
– Run x4
– Round 5
– 2 burpees
– 4 merkins
– 6 big boy sit-ups
– 8 squats
– 10 side straddle hops
– Run x5
We also did an awesome Ab web of big boys and American hammers, some partner bench work, and finished off with “Jack Web”—getting up to 9 merkins and 36 air presses!
