Time for the spartan 300 100 (due to time). 100 reps of curls, tri’s, and over head press with a progressively longer run (1 tree at a time). Broke the exercises into sets of 20 so 15 runs.

Mosey back to cot where we finished with a bunting station. Make contact no blood, miss and we all do a burpee. Thanks to _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ we did a burpee.
