One Pax as timer carrying Rockslide’s fancy new fireman carry sleds and one Pax on Battle Rope at all times. Rotate Pac after each exercise below.

Rinse and repeat till a few minutes left and got in a round of Pax called ab exercises.
Good work by all with some complaining which was great.
Has to clean up the mulch beds as the battle rope made a mess. Left it prettier than when we got there.
